Introduction:
Barium stearate, white powder, derived from the reaction of sodium stearate and barium chloride, relative density 1.145 g/cm3, barium oxide content 19.5% ~ 20.5%, fatty acid content 79.5% ~ 80%, melting point ≥225°C, good transparency, good light stability, thermal stability, and good lubrication effect, but the phenomenon of "precipitation" and "blooming" is obvious.
It is often used together with cadmium soap and zinc soap, and the general dosage is 0.1%~2.0%.
