Magnesium Stearate

Introduction:

Magnesium stearate, white powder, relative density 1.07 g/cm³, magnesium oxide content 6.0%～7.5%, melting point 144～148℃, non-toxic, pharmacopoeia requires the sum of stearic acid and palmitic acid to be at least 90%, stearic acid content is often 40%～80 %.

Studies have found that the stabilizing effect of the combination of magnesium stearate and zinc glycerol is better than that of the traditional magnesium stearate/zinc stearate system.

Applications:
